The Opportunity:

To grow our service offering, we need to enhance our existing platform, expand our Forex and Crypto Arbitrage services with new features, and continuously improve the user experience and visual design of our products.

The ideal candidate for the Product Designer role is someone with a strong UX/UI background, ideally in the Finance space, who can deeply understand our business goals and work closely with leadership to turn product requirements into high-quality, intuitive, and user-focused design solutions.

You’ll take ownership of the design process from start to finish, working closely with the Product and Engineering team to shape our platform’s interface, user journeys, and overall look and feel to help us deliver easy-to-use products that users love. You’ll play a key role in growing our internal design capability and ensuring the quality of the platform. This includes coordinating with external design resources, and over time, managing an in-house team.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with Product Owners and relevant stakeholders to lead the visual and UX/UI design process, from requirements gathering and ideation through to final quality control and post-release evaluation

• Coordinate with external design resources, and over time, managing an in-house team

• Design and refine user journeys, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience across devices

• Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups

• Leverage your experience, UX/UI best practices and competitor analysis to rapidly solve design problems

• Iterate designs based on internal feedback, product constraints, and user needs

• Help evolve and maintain our brand identity, interface components, and design standards

• Work closely with Developers to ensure accurate implementation of your designs through quality assurance and user testing

• Put yourself in the client’s shoes to continuously analyse, improve and adapt products for the best possible user experience

• Ensure new features are easy to use and visually polished before release

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and design practice

What You’ll Need:

• At least 3 years' experience in a Product Design, UX/UI or similar role

• Experience designing platforms in the finance/SaaS space is beneficial, but not necessary

• A strong portfolio, demonstrating UX/UI intuition, high-quality wireframes, clean user flows and high-fidelity designs

• Proficiency with Figma

• Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and design thinking

• Strong visual design skills, user-centricity and attention to detail

• Experience working with cross-functional teams, coordinating deliverables closely with product and engineering

• A start-up mindset, comfortable with products failing and having to be proactively and rapidly iterated

• Comfortable as a self-starter working remotely, managing multiple requests with a fast-paced turnaround time
