The role: We are seeking a high-potential Engineering or Computer Science graduate with a clear enthusiasm for working across multiple disciplines to join our small team on a long-term basis as we grow organically to meet increasing demand. The role promises on-the-job accelerated, comprehensive and continuous professional development spanning software, electronic, mechatronic and mechanical engineering. What we're looking for:
- A long-term commitment to learning and contributing to the growth of our team.
- This is a technically challenging role and best suited to candidates that are comfortable saying "I don't know but I will figure it out" while knowing when to ask for help.
- We work independently and remotely but collaboratively. This affords candidates flexibility but requires self-discipline, a good work-life balance, and responsiveness during working hours. If you work best in your own space and at your own pace, but you are organised and diligent - you'll fit in well and thrive.
Why join us: We're a small tight-knit team, that loves building cool tech, learning from each other and a good work-life balance. You'll work on an amazing spectrum of projects, you'll never be bored and you'll have the scope and freedom to grow along with us and shape the future of BMEC.
